Room with a view

Here's a guy who added a rooftop conversion kit to his van.  Now he has standing room, a bunk bed, and the roof rust is gone.  Total cost $6,000.

Crafty Crapper

Can't find a replacement door for your van folks?  Check out this 1980-82 Chevy van with a homemade cargo door.  Forget the junk yard and go to the lumber yard instead.

Handicap Transport Service Van

Perfect example of a Ford E-series Club Wagon modified to transport wheelchair enabled passengers.  On the passenger side is a wheel chair lift.  And notice the extended roof shell?  This provides enough headroom for its occupants who wish to stay seated in their wheelchairs for the van ride.

Lifting Loads

A third generation Dodge Ram van equipped with a wheelchair lift.  This model van provides enough space for the driver to lift into the van, switch out of his wheelchair, and swing into the driver's seat up front.  Thanks JK for the photo submission.

Can You See's Me?

A Ford E-350 Club Wagon at work. Sadly, Ford phased out the passenger and cargo versions of the E series to make way for the Transit marking the end of a 37 year model run.

Astro Van

The Chevrolet Astro is a rear-wheel drive mid-sized van manufactured and marketed by Chevrolet from 1985–2005 and over two build generations. First generation 1985-1995, Second 1995-2005.  A quick way to distinguish between the two generations is to remember that the first generation had a shorter nose and yellow corner lights.
